The Tri-County Quits Tobacco Cessation Program is offering a three-part Fresh Start class to help participants stop smoking. The Fresh Start Program is a group-based tobacco cessation support program offered by the American Cancer Society. The classes will be held at 6:30pm on Tuesdays, February 4, 11 and 18, 2014, at The Regional Cancer Center at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare, 1676 Sunset Avenue, Utica.

The Fresh Start Program is designed to help individuals quit smoking by providing essential information, skills for coping with cravings and group support.

The Tri-County Quits Tobacco Cessation Program works throughout Oneida, Herkimer and Madison Counties to support healthcare providers and organizations with training and technical assistance that promotes quitting smoking.
