National Survivors Day Breakfast
(315) 624-HOPE (4673)
On Sunday, June 1, 2014, cancer survivors from the Mohawk Valley as well as their family and friends are invited to gather with employees, medical staff and volunteers from Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare’s (FSLH) Regional Cancer Center at the 27th annual National Cancer Survivors Day. The breakfast will take place at Hart’s Hill Inn, 135 Clinton Street, Whitesboro with doors opening at 9am. Cancer survivors are free and are allowed to bring one guest with the cost of $8 per guest.
The breakfast, sponsored annually by FSLH is celebrated in communities across the world. This day provides an opportunity for all people living with a history of cancer – including America’s 12 million cancer survivors – to connect with each other, celebrate milestones and recognize the healthcare providers, family and friends who have supported them along the way. Extravagant baskets, donated by FSLH employees, are raffled off at the breakfast.
Reservations are required and can be made by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (315) 624-HOPE (4673). Please provide your name, address, phone number and guest’s name. Checks for $8 for guests should be made payable to The Regional Cancer Center and mailed to: The Regional Cancer Center, Cancer Program Office, Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare, 1676 Sunset Avenue, Utica, NY 13502.
