Our Bariatric Surgery Program is designated a Center of Excellence by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
If you’re thinking about weight-loss surgery, it’s important to choose a surgical and nursing team that has years of experience and a record of success. The Bariatric Surgery Program at Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare opened in 2002 and currently performs more than 60 successful weight-loss surgeries every month. Our three surgeons perform both laparoscopic gastric bypass and Lap-Band procedures and to date, more than 2,500 patients have undergone weight-loss surgery at Faxton St. Luke’s.
